 Swedish Relaxation Massage

A light and gentle touch massage using long flowing strokes and oil to help ease one into a state of peaceful relaxation.

Deep Therapeutic Massage

Performed with very little oil and using deeper pressure and friction, a deep therapeutic massage aims to relieve chronic pain, focusing on specific, sore areas.

Myofascial Massage

Performed with little or no skin lubricant, myofascial massage involves a deep stretch to tight/restricted areas.

Passive, Assisted Table Stretching

A great service to pair with/incorporate into massage.

While the client lies relaxed and draped, the therapist manually facilitates a maximal and comfortable range of motion stretch to limbs or areas of tightness/restriction, relieving muscle stiffness and soreness while increasing flexibility.

Leg, Foot and Glute/ Lower Posterior Massage
